The ProTek Advance Exchange Plan from NewTek is an emergency replacement plan for ProTek Care customers. If a machine fails and can’t be fixed by when you need it, NewTek will send you an expedited replacement on the spot, which often arrives the next day.

Note! This plan is for use in conjunction with a ProTek Care Warranty; it cannot be used for a product without a ProTek warranty and is only valid for products purchased after Oct. 6th 2010.
